Tobiano Apps built the Dotscape app for Android — a live wallpaper. The app is free to use, with an optional one-time purchase (Dotscape Pro) that unlocks setting your design as a live wallpaper. This Service is provided by Tobiano Apps and is intended for use as is.
Dotscape is built to be privacy-first. It does not access your location, requests no runtime permissions, shows no ads, and includes no advertising identifiers or behavioral analytics. The wallpaper runs entirely on your device, and your settings are stored on your device. The only time the app uses the internet is for anonymous crash monitoring and to process the optional purchase — both described below.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this app. If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
The app does not collect personally identifiable information. Any settings or preferences you configure are retained on your device and are not collected by us in any way.

Crash & Stability Monitoring
To keep the app reliable, Dotscape uses Sentry for anonymous crash and stability monitoring. When the app hits an error or crash, Sentry receives diagnostic information — such as the error, the app version, and device and operating-system details — so we can find and fix problems. This is the only monitoring in the app: there is no advertising, no behavioral analytics, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites, and the data is not used to identify you personally.
Purchases
Dotscape Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, sold and processed by Google through the Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Your purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored from within the app; we do not collect or store your purchase information on our own servers.
Log Data
Although we do not collect any log data, we want to inform you that whenever you use this Service, in a case of an error in the app, third-party products (like the Google Play Store) may collect data and information on your phone. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing this Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
